SALES Basic training

In this course, we will cover the basics you need to know as a sales representative at Blue Eagle Roofing, including how to approach a homeowner, how to handle objections from a potential customer, how to perform ground, gutter, and roof inspections, how to assist the homeowner through the insurance process, and how to facilitate the roof installation process.

There are four levels of training. Each level has a series of videos. Watch each video carefully. Listen actively and take notes.

Making Notes

WRITE

Take excellent notes as you watch the videos. Your notes will be useful for this training program, because the quizzes are open note.

Adult Students

TEST

Take the quiz at the end of each level. You MUST make 95% to move to the next level. After level 4 you will take a closed note exam.
